Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All UK mainland orders are dispatched on a next day service once produced.

If your order is urgent and not well within the times below, please do not order with us. We don’t want to have an argument of ‘he said she said’ etc when it comes to deadlines. We’re offering a service to the best of our current ability and it might not suit everyone during this unprecedented COVID period.

The estimated waiting time for proofs is based on how many orders we have in at any one time. This is a good guide to indicate how long it will be before you receive your proof based on the above queue count.
0-30 orders – turnaround 0-1 day
30-50 orders – turnaround 1-2 days
50+ orders – turnaround 3 days

Orders with amended artwork awaiting a new proof – 68
Orders with amended artwork generally get reproofed after our new order proofs are completed (daily).

Paper Label Queue

Domed Labels

We currently have a few orders left in our domed queue, we’re hoping to have these all completed by close of business Tuesday.

We’ll be having a short beak from producing domed labels whilst we revamp our machinery and processes to bring you a first class time efficient doming service going forward.
