Our ordering and production systems are now joined up end to end. The design you approve on the product page becomes the print file, the print file goes straight to the right press queue, and you can watch every item move through our print room from your account. No emails back and forth, no waiting for a proof.

You approve your proof
Design your label online or upload your artwork on the product page. You see an instant proof at true size with the cut line shown, and approve it yourself before adding to your basket. Your turnaround starts when you check out.

Print files are created automatically
The moment your payment is confirmed, our system builds the press-ready PDF from exactly what you approved, with its cut line in place. Uploaded PDFs are never resampled, so nothing is lost on the way.

Straight into the right print queue
Each item is sent to the queue for its material. We batch jobs by material so the press is not stopped and reloaded for every order, which keeps quality consistent and costs down.

Printed, cut and finished
Your labels are printed, digitally cut to your shape and checked. If an order has several materials, each is produced on its own press.

Completed and dispatched
Only once every item has finished production is your order packed and dispatched. It then goes by DPD on a tracked next working day service, so it arrives the working day after dispatch. Some locations, such as the Scottish Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland, are two days from dispatch.

How long does it take?
Our standard turnaround is 1-6 working days from the moment you order to dispatch. Larger orders, and orders with several materials, can take longer. Because you approve your own proof as you order, there is no proof wait in front of that: the clock starts at checkout. What has changed
A guide, not a guarantee
We keep the great majority of orders within our turnaround times, but they are approximate. We are a printing company producing bespoke work with thousands of variables, not shipping ready-made products off a shelf, and unforeseen things can happen in production. Please do not book a photo shoot or a launch until you have received and checked your labels.
