Artwork Uploads

Thanks for your order — now it's time to upload your artwork. Please read the information below so we can get your order processed as quickly as possible. If this guidance isn't followed, it can increase your turnaround time, as it usually means extra proofing rounds.

Important — please read before uploading
PLEASE NOTE: the content of your artwork should already be approved. This is not a content approval system — it's simply to ensure your labels are formatted correctly in the template.

If you haven't already finalised your artwork content, please do so before uploading your files.

Artwork checklist

To make sure your artwork prints as well as possible, please check every item that applies to you. We won't amend your artwork to improve it (we don't charge for that), so supplying your files correctly is your responsibility — please read our artwork guidelines if you're unsure. You'll be able to sign off a PDF digital proof, showing margins and cut marks, before we print.

  • Set up with bleed where applicable — i.e. if your design has a background colour or image running to the edge.
  • Make sure it's legible at real-life size — not only when zoomed in on screen. Tip: check it against a ruler.
  • Set up your design(s) at the correct size/proportion of the label/sticker you ordered.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have all rights and permissions necessary to use and reproduce it — including any logos, images, photographs or other content it contains — and that any person featured has consented to its use. You grant Stickythings Limited the right to store, reproduce and print your artwork to fulfil your order. Stickythings Limited does not check artwork for rights or content and accepts no responsibility for it; you agree to indemnify Stickythings Limited against any claim, loss or cost arising from your artwork infringing a third party's rights or breaching any law. Stickythings Limited may decline to print any artwork it considers unlawful, infringing or offensive. By uploading, you agree to these terms.
