Please check the information below to help you better understand when your order might be with you.

The turnaround is from when you approve your order to the point it is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. All UK mainland orders are dispatched on a next day service once produced.

To get your order faster, we recommend using the online design tool, this way you can approve your artwork instantly. Do not however use this designer tool if your artwork is colour critical as it’s not a professional graphics tool and colour shift may occur…you have been warned!

***Please note that we cannot fully refund orders once we have started work on them. Raw material costs and artwork costs will be deducted from any refund. Do not order with us if your order does not account for our turnaround times. By ordering you are agreeing to these terms.**

If your order is urgent and not well within the times below, please do not order with us. We don’t want to have an argument of ‘he said she said’ etc when it comes to deadlines. We’re offering a service to the best of our current ability and it might not suit everyone. We offer an honest service, with quality results. We’re not like the larger brands offering quantity over quality. We’re trying to keep costs down by reducing overheads, but this can only happen if we have some form of help from our clients.

The turnaround times below are a guide only. Since Covid, we are now just a small family team, down to two from a team of six,  working very hard to offer our services. Vicky is currently on Maternity leave whilst working on replying to your messages, Matt is working in production producing the orders. Please understand that we are not an “Amazon” business, so please set your expectations accordingly with the information provided.

What does this mean?

Please be advised that when demand is high, expected turnaround times are approximately 7-10 business days. During periods of lower demand, the turnaround is typically 2-3 business days. Kindly note that these are estimated durations. Orders of significant volume or complexity may experience delays during peak times.
