To return defect products, please use the information below
If your products are faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Prior to a replacement, it might be necessary to send us some images of the defect in the product. Please send these images to email@example.com.
Please return your labels to us by recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for orders being lost in the postal service. If we do not receive the damaged goods we cannot offer you a replacement.
