Please ensure if you are calling us in regard to an order placed that you have your order number to hand, otherwise we cannot track your order easily. We are an online business and to keep costs low we do not have a large sales support team, so please ensure you have exhausted the information we have made available on our website before calling us.

To check the status of an order, please login to your account
. You will see what stage you order is at within our workflow. Do not call us to chase an order within 48 hours of your proof approval as this is our minimum turnaround. If you have not received a proof and it's been over 24 hours from ordering, please give us a call.
